Overthinking is a comparable cause for three of these disorders. People can face a sudden surge of fear or distress by overthinking and this stress can lead to anxiety and depression at the same time.
About half of the people around share these disorders at the same time. Moreover, anxiety and depression surround a person anywhere they go. People have to carry these disorders with them which is more alarming not just for a certain community but also across the borders.
Don’t be afraid to talk about it
As a suggestion of time, there is a need to talk about these kinds of social issues just like any other health issue of our society. There is also a fear of not being believed which needs to be eliminated from us in order to fight these kinds of illnesses. People won’t need to hide if many of us would be aware of the intensity of these kind of disorders.
